<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant film reduced in thickness variation, superior in heat resistance and blister resistance, and manufacturable with high productivity at low cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the heat-resistant film, which is obtained by extrusion molding or biaxially stretching of a composition containing a crystalline thermoplastic resin with a softening temperature Tg of 120°C or higher and a fibrous inorganic filler, both of the coefficients of thermal expansion in the MD direction and the TD direction are within the range of 5-30 ppm/K, while a difference of the coefficients of thermal expansion is 10 ppm/K or less.
