<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tracking system, improving movability and versatility and making accurate measurement using a small-sized, low-cost and low power component. <P>SOLUTION: This tracking system (100) includes: a reference sensor (105) including at least one of a transmitter, a receiver and a transceiver; a first tracker sensor (110) coupled to a first object; a second tracker sensor (112) coupled to a second object; and tracker electronics (115) coupled to the reference sensor (105) and each of the tracker sensors (110, 112). The tracker electronics (115) are configured to determine position and orientation of each of the tracker sensors (110, 112) relative to the reference sensor (105) based on the relationship between the reference sensor (105) and each of the tracker sensors (110, 112).
