PURPOSE: A ubiquitous delivery system and a method thereof are provided to enable a delivery person and a recipient to share delivery information in real time, thereby improving quickness and efficiency of delivery. CONSTITUTION: An optical wireless communication device(100) comprises an optical transmitter and an optical receiver. A portable terminal for a delivery person(200) receives the basic information of the recipient from the optical transmitter. The portable terminal delivers delivery information to the optical receiver. A relay device(300) transmits the delivery information received from the optical wireless communication device to the recipient. |
