<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience in emergency while maintaining the convenience of the service of changing over a telephone number logically. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When the changeover instruction of a telephone number is given to an in-vehicle communication module (S4), the changeover instruction of the telephone number is transmitted to a base station (S5) and audio communication connection using a telephone number (#2) assigned to a portable telephone is enabled (S7). In this case, when an emergency state occurs (S20:YES), the in-vehicle communication module automatically transmits a changeover release command of the telephone number to the base station (S11), and after changing over the telephone number a telephone number (#1) previously assigned to the in-vehicle communication module, audio communication connection is enabled (S14).
