PURPOSE: An organic light emitting element and an organic light emitting element display device including the same are provided to reduce a driving voltage by maintaining the current efficiency of the organic light emitting element. CONSTITUTION: A lower light emitting unit(380) and an upper light emitting unit(390) includes light emitting layers(383, 393) and dopant layers(381, 382, 391, 392). An excessive doping layer(375) is formed between the upper light emitting unit and the lower light emitting unit. The dopant layer of the lower light emitting unit includes a p-type dopant layer and an n-type dopant layer. The p-type dopant layer is adjacent to the pixel electrode(191). The n-type dopant layer is adjacent to a common electrode(270).
