PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing soybean paste is provided to improve flavor and a taste of the soybean paste by adding bamboo salt and fermented soybeans without loss of the taste and nutrients of the fermented soybeans. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing soybean paste containing bamboo salt includes the following steps: drying fermented soybeans after making the fermented soybeans; crushing the dried fermented soybeans; and aging and fermenting the soybeans in a container after mixing the fermented soybeans with boiling bamboo salt water.
