FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of veterinary, in particular to means and methods of treating necrotic suppurative diseases of animal extremities, such as necrobacteriosis, footrot, suppurative pyodermatites, laminites, Rustergolts ulcers, etc. Claimed medication represents nanostructured composition in form of suspension, containing clathrate of didecyldimethylammonium halagenide with carbamide, copper vitriol, tar, pharmaceutically acceptable monoatomic alcohol and water.
