<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solidly connect two electronic units to each other to prevent displacement occurring between the two electronic units, and to reduce a load applied to a connector to prevent breakage of the connector. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus includes a first electronic unit 2, a second electronic unit 3A, and a connection mechanism 4. The second electronic unit 3A includes a bottom surface part 3f provided with a lower connector part 13 electrically connected to an upper connector 11 of the first electronic unit 2, and an upper surface part 3e facing the bottom surface part 3f, and is mounted by superposing the bottom surface part 3f on an upper surface part 2e of the first electronic unit 2. The connection mechanism 4 is arranged on the upper surface part 2e of the first electronic unit 2 and the bottom surface part 3f of the second electronic unit 3A, and detachably fastens the first electronic unit 2 to the second electronic unit 3A.
