<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent any fraudulent act using fraudulent equipment from being conducted by detecting a temperature difference between the time of operation and non-operation of an operating means. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A temperature sensor 30 is installed at a part or near the part of a start switch 18 which a player comes into contact during a game. A measured value memorizing means 141 for memorizing the temperature at the time of operation detected by the temperature sensor 30 at the time of operating the operating means and for memorizing the temperature at the time of non-operation detected at the time the operating means is not operated and a comparative determining means 142 for comparing the temperatures at the time of operation and non-operation at a specific timing and determining that a fraud is conducted against the game machine in case the temperature difference falls within a predetermined specific range are installed.
