<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ventilating device that prevents a fall of a cover and a failure of installing the cover and does not allow the cover and screws to be lost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The ventilating device 10 includes: a body casing 11; a fan casing 14 arranged in the body casing 11; an air blower for discharging air sucked from a suction port from an exhaust port; a terminal table 21 fixed to an outer face of the body casing 11 so that a terminal table power source electric wire connection part 21a to which an external power source electric wire 34 is connected faces a direction opposite to the exhaust port and electrically connected to a motor 13; a terminal table cover 23 exposing the terminal table power source electric wire connection part 21a and covering remaining parts of the terminal table 21 as a whole; and a terminal table cap 24 journaled to the terminal table cover 23 and arranged rotatably between an opening position for opening the terminal table power source electric wire connection part 21a and a closing position for closing the terminal table power source electric wire connection part 21a.
