The arrangement has an elongated groove-like recess (17) running parallel to one of seat rails (5, 6) in an aircraft longitudinal direction. The recess is provided in a floor panel (1) that is arranged between the two seat rails for fastening a leg of a seat. An elongated extruded section (18) is arranged in the recess and integrated in the floor panel. The extruded section includes an elongated drawer (20) for transmission of shear forces and other forces, and an elongated cable shaft (22) arranged above the drawer for accommodating electrical cables. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing an arrangement for laying electrical cables in a floor region of an aircraft.
