The system has an interruption flap that is automatically opened and closed in a lower part of a roof hose (1) or a rain water-down pipe. A float is provided in a rain water collecting tank (5), where the float comprises a hollow-chamber profile. An open water tank is provided in the rain water collecting tank. The float is integrally designed and connected with a down pipe flap, where the float consists of rigid foam. Recesses are arranged parallel to each other for receiving the down pipe flap.
