MANUFACTURING METHOD OF A COPPER PLATE FOR PRINTING DESIGN ON A FILM APPLIED TO A PANEL OF HOME APPLIANCES

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a copper plate for printing a design on a film, which is attached to a panel of home appliances, is provided to simultaneously expressing a color printing layer and metallic appearance on the film by printing the design with an ink including a metal flake and pearl on the film. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a copper plate prints a design using an ink including a metal flake or pearl to express a color print layer and metallic appearance on a film which is attached to a panel. The size(s) of a cell(100) of the copper plate is 200 ~ 400μm. The depth(d) of the cell of the copper plate is 50 ~ 100μm. The thickness(t) of a cell line of the copper plate is 10~50μm. The cell shape of the copper plate is similar to a hexagon.
