<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper arm and a wiper system with enhanced appearance design characteristics having the function of preventing wiper blade lifting without disposing another component. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The wiper arm 14 is rotated across a windshield by attaching an arm head 20 constituting the basal end side to the driving source side of the wiper system, and by attaching a wiper blade to the distal end of a retainer 21 constituting the distal end side. A guide section 23 for receiving an air flow and guidingly adjusting the air flow in the heading direction thereof is formed on the side of the retainer 21 opposed to the air flow passing across the surface of the windshield.
