<p>The method involves determining a regular Doppler-displacement from a Doppler-measurement on an unsteady wave carrier when a control station is arranged at a distance from a satellite based on a specific equation. An electromagnetic wave of frequency and wavelength is emitted by a transmitter during the Doppler-measurement. Local effective Hubble-constants are determined in extra and intra-solar satellite orbits, and directional characteristics of Hubble-factors are determined by using extrasolar-sensors.</p> |
