摘要 FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of preparing antifriction coatings on contact surfaces of plunger pairs of fuel injection pumps (FIP) and can be used in diesel engines of motor cars and agricultural equipment. The antifriction coating is prepared from a composition which contains perfluoropolyether acid and a non-ionic surfactant in well defined ratios. The antifriction coating is deposited through a working medium - diesel fuel for 1-3 hours with consumption of the composition equal to 1-7% of the mass of fuel. ^ EFFECT: method enables to obtain wear-resistant antifriction coating on contact surfaces of plunger pairs of fuel injection pumps without dismantling, increases power and efficiency of diesel engines, reduces fuel consumption. ^ 5 ex, 4 tbl
