PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position calculation server, a position calculation system, and a method of calculating positions for estimating the positions of base stations. SOLUTION: A storage section 23 stores data for positioning relating to a base station identifier for identifying the base station 30, and reception strength and positions of radio waves transmitted from the base station 30. A strength information reception section 21 receives strength information indicating reception strength of the radio waves received from the base station 30 by a mobile 10, and the base station identifier of the base station 30 from the mobile 10. A mobile position calculation section 24 extracts the data for positioning corresponding the strength information and the base station identifier from the storage section 23, and calculates a position included in the extracted data for positioning as the position of the mobile 10. A base station position calculation section 27 calculates the position of the base station, based on the position of the mobile that is calculated by the mobile position calculation section 24.
