PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge the amount of displacement between positions of a vehicular seat with a simpler configuration. SOLUTION: The vehicular seat 2 displaces the space between one side position arranged at a lower surface side and the other side position arranged on an upper surface UP by rotating operation of a link arm 28. At the other side position, the link arm 28 is reclined to the upper surface UP side so that a lock part 8 provided at the lower part of the vehicular seat 2 is engaged with a catch part 36 provided on the upper surface UP. At the one side position, the link arm 28 is reclined to the lower surface DP side so that the lock part 8 is engaged with the other catch part 34 provided in the link arm 28.
