<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time for plant construction by putting together preparations of a hydrostatic pressure test and blowout in a steam stop valve for stopping steam from a steam generator. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A method of the hydrostatic pressure test and blowout of the steam generator and a piping system for the same of a steam turbine facility, in which steam is supplied from the steam generator to a steam turbine via the steam stop valve, includes performing a first process of connecting temporary piping 12<SB>1</SB>, 12<SB>2</SB>having a shutoff device to the steam stop valve, a second process of filling water from the steam generator with the shutoff device closed and performing the hydrostatic pressure test, a third process of introducing steam from the steam generator with the shutoff device opened and performing the blowout, and a fourth process of removing the temporary piping 12<SB>1</SB>, 12<SB>2</SB>.
