PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveform measuring apparatus intuitively showing correspondence between history waveform and trend display while facilitating display of the history waveform on a trend display screen. SOLUTION: The waveform measuring apparatus is constituted to display variation of specified parameter selected from a plurality of sheets of history waveform screens stored in a storage part on a display screen as a trend waveform in time series. The history waveform display region 2 where the history waveform HW is displayed and the trend waveform display region 1 where the trend display waveform TW is displayed are set on the display screen. A marker M1 indicating the display position of the history waveform is displayed on the trend display waveform, and a marker M2 indicating the position of the waveform data extracted as the trend data of the trend display waveform is displayed on the history waveform.
