摘要 <p>When a device is started and set in a measurement enabling mode, acquisition of an interferogram (IFG) is automatically started. When a new IFG is acquired (S1) and if a background (BKG) IFG is stored in a storage unit and a sample IFG is not stored in the storage unit (S2, S4), the new IFG and the BKG-IFG are compared. If they coincide with each other, the new IFG is added to a BKG-IFG (S5, S6, S7). When the measuring operator places a sample in a sample chamber and the new IFG varies, the new IFG is stored as a sample IFG (S8). With this, sample measurement starts. If the new IFG coincides with the sample IFG stored in the storage unit (S9, S10), the new IFG is added to a sample IFG (S13). When a predetermined integral number of sample IFGs are stored in the storage unit, the sample measurement is ended. In such a way, when the measuring operator has only placed a sample, sample measurement is automatically performed. Therefore, the burden on the measuring operator is lessened, and the measurement work is efficiently done.</p>
