<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus for inputting a character with a simple key operation, and to provide a character conversion method. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile terminal 10 includes: an operation part 17 having a plurality of keys to which first characters are assigned and where second characters corresponding to the first characters are assigned to at least one of the plurality of keys; a detecting part 131 for detecting a convertible character to be converted from the first character into the second character among the plurality of first characters inputted by the operation part 17; and a character converting part 132 for automatically converting the convertible character detected by the detecting part 131 from the first character into the second character. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
