PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mark-down label capable of recognizing or preventing an illegal resticking action, capable of making an illegal resticking action person hardly see through an illegal resticking action preventive function, and capable of preventing an appearance of the label itself from getting worse, and to provide a method of sticking the same. SOLUTION: The mark-down label is prepared by aiming at displaying pieces of the same label individual information 18 by various characters, symbols or patterns respectively on a mark-down display area 16 and a sticking area 17 division-formed on a surface of a label body, and has the mark-down display area 16 and the sticking area 17 formed by dividing a surface area 14 of the label body by a prescribed ratio via a perforated line 15, the mark-down of price is displayed on a surface of the mark-down display area 16, the pieces of the same label individual information 18 are displayed respectively in the mark-down display area 16 and the sticking area 17, and separation of the mark-down display area 16 from the sticking area 17 is made recognizable to prevent an illegal resticking operation.
