PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable mobile electronic device having such a structure that at least one outer-side hinge member turns with respect to a second casing having a main operation section, in which a trouble of pinching a user's finger can be eliminated and operational performance of a one-push portion is prevented from worsening. SOLUTION: In the foldable mobile electronic device, a hinge 13 is structured such that, when a first casing 11 is opened with respect to a second casing 12, a rotation member 13a turns along with the first casing 11 around a turn axis, a part of the rotation member 13a of the hinge 13 is arranged to be positioned outside at least one lateral end of the first casing 11, and the turn axis of the hinge 13 is positioned on an extended line of the distal end on the hinge side of the second casing 12 in any of open and shut states of the casings, with a push button 20 provided in the second casing 12.
