<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin sheet for heat molding, which includes no halogen compound, is formulated with a polymer having good handling properties as a powder, and excels in heat-molding properties (wide in the temperature range for molding and excellent in surface glossiness). Ž<P>SOLUTION: The polyolefin sheet for heat molding, is obtained by formulating 100 pts.mass of a polyolefin resin (A) with 0.01-20 pts.mass of an alkyl methacrylate polymer (B) constituted of a 2-6C alkyl group-having alkyl methacrylate unit as a principle component and having a mass average molecular weight of 150,000-20,000,000.
