<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge for a clean room, which prevents the diffusion of fine dust, and which surely prevents the diffusion of the dust to the outside. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this hinge for the cleaning room, upper and lower bearings 12 and 13 made of a synthetic resin are provided on end surfaces of opposed pipe portions 5 and 6 of upper and lower vanes 1 and 2 in such a manner as to adhere to them, respectively. Each of the bearings abuts in a sliding contact state. A void space (recess) 32 for accumulating the dust dropped into the pipe portion is provided in the upper portion of the inner peripheral surface 17 of the lower bearing 13. A receiving groove portion 21, which is formed of an upward-erected outer peripheral wall 22, is provided outside the outer peripheral surface 20 of the lower bearing 13. A covering wall 29, which gets into the receiving groove portion 21 of the lower bearing 13 and which is elongated downward along the outer peripheral surface 20 of the lower bearing 13 over sliding contact surfaces 19 and 27 of the lower and upper bearings 13 and 12, is provided on the outer peripheral surface 28 of the upper bearing 12.
