<p>A foldable plate made of silicon rubber with an iron frame for roasting angel cake is provided. The plate comprises a roasting plate (1) made of silicon rubber material. An iron frame (2) is packed in the upper edge of the roasting plate (1). A closed supporting element (11) is set at one ring of the middle of the side wall around the roasting plate (1). The critical point of the distortion under force of the supporting element (11) is larger than that of the silicon rubber at its upper and lower sides. When the iron frame (2) in the upper edge of the roasting plate (1) is pressed downwards, the supporting element (11) presses down the side wall of the roasting plate (1) at the lower side of the supporting element (11) so that the turnover is realized, and the iron frame (2) also presses down the side wall of the roasting plate (1) at the upper side of the supporting element (11) so that the turnover is realized. The height of the roasting plate (1) at folding state is about 1/5 of that of the roasting plate (1) before folding.</p> |
