A data transmission method includes: a step A for adding a first CRC code to transmission data; a step B for dividing the transmission data having the first CRC code into a plurality of encoding bit strings; a step C for adding a second CRC code to at least one of the divided encoding bit strings; a step D for performing an error correction encoding process on the encoding bit strings; and a step E for transmitting the encoding bit strings which have been subjected to the error correction encoding process.
