摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector, X-ray CT (Computer Tomography) apparatus and a method of manufacturing the radiation detector wherein a compartment of a scintillator is accurately aligned with a collimator. <P>SOLUTION: The radiation detector includes: a collimator plate; a scintillator that generates fluorescence upon receipt of radiation; and a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements for converting the fluorescence into an electric signal. The radiation detector further includes: a photoelectric conversion means disposed on a first major surface of the scintillator; an optical reflection part for partitioning the scintillator for each of the photoelectric conversion elements; and an aligning means that is disposed on a second major surface opposed to the first major surface of the scintillator so that the aligning means is opposed to the optical reflection part, and that aligns the position of the collimator plate with the position of a compartment of the scintillator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
