PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preferentially distribute contents while quantitatively discriminating content recipients who can be expected to indirectly distribute the contents to a number of distribution destinations coincident with retrieval conditions. SOLUTION: At each peer node on a network, a context table 1 for managing context of content recipients, a context management table 2 for associating recipients of the same context with their acquaintance members to store them, a retrieval requesting part 3 for transmitting a retrieval condition for retrieving a content distribution destination, a retrieving part 4 for retrieving recipients satisfying the retrieval condition from the context management table 2, a retrieval responding part 5 for returning a retrieval response message, a priority allocating part 6 for allocating the higher priority to a recipient who has the larger number of the total number of acquaintance members of the same context among recipients satisfying the retrieval condition, and a content priority distributing part 7 for distributing the contents to the recipient having a high priority preferentially are distributed and arranged.
