<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathtub cleaning method and device for efficiently cleaning a bottom surface and a bathtub wall including an oblique side wall surface. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The bathtub cleaning device includes an air-bubble-containing water stream generator 10 including: an air-bubble generation element 12 arranged on the bathtub wall 2 so as to generate air-bubbles inside bath water; and a water stream generation element 7 which is arranged on the bathtub wall, jets a water stream to be brought into contact with the bathtub wall, entrains air-bubbles and generates an air-bubble-containing water stream to be brought into contact with the bathtub wall. The cleaning method using the device is also provided.
