PURPOSE: A contents redistribution system of the peer-to-peer network-based and contents management terminal and method for distributing the content method uses the P2P mode and the distribution channel going the subscribers of the IPTV service is offered. CONSTITUTION: The contents management terminal(40) constitutes the peer of the P2P network(50).
