PURPOSE: A persimmon peeling machine is provided to mechanically remove skins of persimmon to make a dried persimmon, and to conveniently and efficiently peel the persimmon regardless of a diameter of the persimmon while reducing manufacturing costs of the dried persimmon. CONSTITUTION: A spindle(60) fixes and rotates a persimmon(56) to be peeled. A stem treatment part process a stem part of the persimmon. A finish treatment part is equipped on an opposite of the stem treatment part. A peeling bracket(103) is protruded from the top of an upper main support of the spindle to downward. A knife bar(105) include a peeling knife(104). An ejector separates the peeling knife from the persimmon. A driving plate(124) includes a driving unit(120) which is fixed on the both ends of a driving hole formed on an upper plate. A cylinder(129) rotates a shaft, and is connected to an eccentric rotor. |
