PURPOSE: A device for controlling the height of a distribution line arm and a power supply unit are provided to easily control the position of a distribution line by installing a guide block and a mounting table on a pole. CONSTITUTION: A guide block(10) is fixed to the upper side of a pole. An insulator is installed on the outer side of a mounting table(20) to support a distribution line. The mounting table is fixed to the guide block by a pressure unit. A bracket(30) is installed on the mounting table with a connection unit. A housing(40) is fixed to the box mounting unit of the bracket. A box receives a transformer to change high voltage power from a distribution line into commercial power.
