FIELD: power industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be implemented in heat-and-power industry. From the zone of smoke fumes treatment acid condensate is supplied into cold sector 3 of continuously rotating utiliser, wherein water is frozen from acid concentrate, and solution of nitric acid (HNO33H2O) is separated. At the same time stripped smoke fumes are supplied from the zone of treatment into hot sector 4 of the utiliser where ice is defrosted. The facility consists of cylinder box 1 equipped with sector plate 2, branches of inlet 14 and outlet 9 of air, branches of inlet 10 and outlet 15 of smoke fumes, expanders 11, 12, and entrainment trap 13. Rotor 2 with radial cells 6 filled with packed bed 7 is installed in box 1. Perforated branch 8 of an acid condensate distributor is located over the first cell of the cold sector along a rotation path of the rotor. ^ EFFECT: increased economic and ecology efficiency of scrubbing acid condensate of smoke fumes with production of nitric acid. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
