The assisting system (100) has a communication device for communication with selected transmission and receipt units, a restriction unit for restriction of communication on selected vehicles (202). The restriction unit is integrated in a vehicle component of the assisting system, and vehicle component has a safety mechanism, which protects the vehicle component from an unauthorized development and installation into the assisting system. The communication unit is implemented by Bluetooth, ZigBee, Wireless local area network or WiMax.
