Recovery vessel (17) is warmed by thermal conduction from vessel rack (18) with the use of heater (19) as heat source. When an elution solvent is fed to trap column (7) by means of liquid feed pump (5), the eluate containing a target compound from the column (7) is dropped down through fractionation channel (13) from solution nozzle (13a) and is scattered in microdroplet form by a gas stream emitted from gas blowout nozzle (15a). When droplets adhere to the internal wall of warmed vessel (17), any volatile solvent is rapidly evaporated, so that the target compound in solid form deposits on the internal wall. Consequently, there can be realized not only eluate evaporation/drying and accordingly recovery of target compound within a short period of time but also online processing and accordingly workload saving. |
