PURPOSE: A package box is provided, which can cut the manufacturing costs including the materials cost and processing expenses, in addition, the transport costs by minimizing the use of the package cloth, and improve the productivity by simplifying the assembly work. CONSTITUTION: A package box includes: four forming-plates(110,120,130,140) which are formed to be projected along both sides where the fold lines are formed, while being formed in four edge portions of the lower plate into diagonal; first fixing jaws which are projected in both sides of the right and left plates, while being in contact with the front upper plate for the rear upper plate for lamination; fixing grooves(601,701) which are formed in the location corresponding to the first fixing jaw which is projected in both sides of the right and left plates; hanging bars(610,710) which are formed by expanding on both bottom sides of the front upper plate and the rear upper plate for lamination; and fixing plates(112,122,132,142) which are hung on the hanging groove of the hanging bar.
