PURPOSE: A satellite broadcasting receiving system inexpensively embodies the satellite broadcasting receiving system in tunnel through the lighting equipment is provided to activate a broadcasting field, a travel and leisure field and electronic apparatus field. CONSTITUTION: A digital signal converter(120) changes the digital signal. A PLC(Power Line Communication) and Ethernet communications unit(130) generates the lamp through the brightness variation of the lamp(140) within the tunnel. An optical detector performs the conversion of the optical signal to the detection of the optical signal and electric signal. An amplification and restoration unit performs amplification and reconstitution of the electric signal. A terminal outputs broadcast with the signal of the restoration means and amplification.
