PURPOSE: An anterior lumbar interbody calibrating apparatus preventing the damage of backbone is provided, which can correspond to all movement of the top, bottom, left, and right direction of the facet joint and can endure the excessive pressure. CONSTITUTION: An anterior lumbar interbody calibrating apparatus includes: a first supporting material(110) in which a U-shaped receiving part is formed, accepts one side of a subspinous part; a second supporting material(120) in which the U-shaped receiving part is formed and accepts the other side of subspinous part; a connecting material(130) which interlinks the first supporting material with the second supporting material to be rotated; and a protruded portion and a recess portion which are capable of forming rotation movement on the contact surface between the first support material and the second supporting material.
