摘要

PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display for stabilizing the performance characteristic of a thin film transistor with the formation of an inter-layer film is provided to prevent the deformation of an aperture ratio by forming light intensity of a visible light. CONSTITUTION: A pixel electrode layer(230) is electrically connected to a TFT(Thin Film Transistor)(220). An inter-layer film is formed between the thin film transistor and the pixel anode layer. A liquid crystal layer is formed on the thin film transistor, the pixel anode layer and inter-layer film. The inter-layer film is a light transmitting resin layer of the light transmittance.
