PURPOSE: An international trade payment system and a method applying credit card system are provided to enable transaction amount payment between Buyer and Supplier by only a server of importing country, thereby providing more convenient international trade system. CONSTITUTION: A card member management unit(321) and a member store management unit(322) stores card member information of a buyer and member store information of a supplier in a database(310). If payment information is received from a buyer terminal, a approval processor(330) performs approval according to transaction limit and transaction conditions of the buyer. A card payment processor(340) performs payment of transaction through a credit card. A buyer confirm processing unit(350) transmits process result of buyer confirm to the buyer terminal.
