PURPOSE: An oil cooler for a vehicle is provided to increase the capacity of an oil pump for the pressure increase which is supplied to the each parts of an engine. CONSTITUTION: An oil cooler for a vehicle comprises a bypass plate(400), a tube plate(200) and a cooler upper plate(500). The by-pass plate connects a respective bypass hole and a bypass outlet. The by-pass plate is installed between the tube plate and the cooler upper plate. A bypass passage is located between the cooler upper plate and the by-pass plate. The bypass passage connects the bypass hole with the bypass outlet.
