PURPOSE: A permanent rotation apparatus is provided to use torque generating on a rotary shaft by the rotation of a pendulum. CONSTITUTION: A mass and a mass axis are connected each other and makes a pendular shape. At this time, the mass makes heavier than the mass axis and the mass axis take a role to keep the exercise of the pendulum. The pendulum revolves around a rotary shaft. In the rotary shaft, there is a hole which the pendulum is able to freely move. The pendulum simultaneously rises and rotates to a hole. The rising pendulum makes the next rotation by rising the unbalanced moment. A rotation route maintenance block maintains the maximum radius of the rotation. The rotational motion generating a torque in the rotary shaft can obtain the energy by using the torque.
