PURPOSE: An air clean system and an air clean method thereof are provided to prevent dust which is not purified existing in indoor and to prevent unnecessary power consumption of an air cleaner because the air clean operation is proceed according to the sensitization of the dust amount flowed in through the open and close operation of a door. CONSTITUTION: An air clean system comprises a dust amount sensing module(100) generating a radio frequency signal according to the detected dust amount after detecting the dust amount flowed in according to open and close operation, and an air cleaner(200) performing the air clean operation by controlling strength and weakness of the air clean operation according to a size after receiving the radio frequency signal. The air cleaner includes an operation unit(230) deciding the section in which the radio frequency signal shows the dust amount after comparing the dust amount which the radio frequency signal shows with a plurality of pre-set dust amounts, and an air clean operation part(240) which proceeds the pre-set air clean operation corresponding to the section.
