PURPOSE: A controlling method of charger is provided to eliminate a sulphate attached to an electrode of a battery by applying a high frequency pulse on the electrode of the battery. CONSTITUTION: A charger is converted into an operating mode(S10). A display indicates a voltage and a current of a battery(S50). A battery state checking circuit detects the state of the battery(S60). A charging circuit charges the battery when a voltage of the battery is higher than approximately 90% of a rated voltage(S80). A circuit for stabilization voltage and an oscillator circuit apply a high frequency pulse on the electrode of the battery when the voltage of the battery is lower than approximately 90% or less of the rated voltage(S70). A load test of the charger is implemented(S100). |
