<p>PURPOSE: A solid-state imaging device and an electronic apparatus are provided to set size of a photo diode corresponding to energy profile of wavelength treated in light receiving areas, thereby arranging sensitivity balance by color. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of light receiving areas(B,R,Gb,Gr) corresponding to other wavelength are arranged in a pixel unit(10). A light-receiving area of length and breadth 2×2 is arranged in the pixel unit. The plurality of light-receiving areas is composed to be different wavelength corresponding to color filters. The color filter is formed in an incoming side of light. In order to divide the plurality of the light-receiving areas, a device dividing unit(20) is prepared in the pixel unit. In order to divide electrically the plurality of light-receiving areas, a P-type impurity ion is inserted in the device dividing unit.</p> |
