PURPOSE: A high voltage saw-toothed current driving circuit and a method device including the same are provided to generate a pump current which is insensitive to an output voltage by optimizing a charge pump circuit. CONSTITUTION: A charge pump circuit(20) outputs a first voltage. A regulating circuit(30) outputs a second voltage by regulating the first voltage. According to the second voltage which is regulated by the regulating circuit, a saw-toothed current driver(10) generates a saw-toothed current. The first voltage is higher than the second voltage. The regulating circuit comprises a sensing circuit sensing the change of the second voltage, and a switching circuit and a charging circuit.
