PURPOSE: A hair cosmetic composition containing six years old ginseng water is provided to supply nutrition to hair root and to repair damaged hair root and scalp. CONSTITUTION: A hair cosmetic composition contains 1.0-50.0 weight% of six years old ginseng water as an active ingredient. The ginseng water is obtained by adding six years old ginseng to purified water and extracting by enfleurage method. The composition further contains 0.01-10.0 weight% of black soybean extract, biota seed extract, and mixture thereof. The composition is used in the form of hair tonic, hair essence, scalp treatment, hair treatment, hair conditioner, hair shampoo, or hair lotion.
