PURPOSE: A scaffold frame for working on a hull and a scaffold structure having the same are provided to ensure the safety of workers and improve the productivity in ship building. CONSTITUTION: A scaffold frame for working on a hull is installed in a wall and supports a scaffold. The scaffold frame comprises a fixture(110) installed in the wall, a holder(130) where the scaffold is placed and which is hinged on the fixture, and a support(140) which is interposed between the fixture and the holder and supports a load applied to the holder.
